Soulbound token (SBT)
A non-transferable token, proposed in the 2022 "Decentralized Society" paper, meant to encode commitments, credentials, and affiliations that cannot be sold because they are bound to a single account. SBTs are an attempt to make reputation stick to a person rather than circulate as a tradable asset.
